In-person Community Classes

In-person Community Classes

I run in person community yoga classes at a host of locations in South London. These classes are designed for people of all shapes, sizes, ages & abilities and offer a warm, fun, safe and inclusive environment in which to practice yoga and meet with like-minded people.

Schedule

When and where you can practice with Lucy.

Mondays 6.30pm-7.30pm
Vinyasa Flow
@ The Copleston Center Peckham, SE15 4AN

Join me for a playful and strengthening yoga practice that focuses on connecting your breath to your movement. Each week we will flow through seated and standing postures, aiming to create heat inside the body and calm in the mind.

I will offer options and variations throughout the class, enabling you to adapt your practice to your body and level of ability. Expect to be challenged, get a little sweaty and have some fun in a judgment free space.

Because of the pace of this class, it is not advised for complete beginners.

Wednesdays 7.30pm-8.30pm
Gentle Flow
@ The Green, 5 Nunhead Green, SE15 3Q
Q

Join me for a slower and calming practice, designed to help you to unwind after your day. Each week, we will flow through seated and standing postures designed to release physical tension, and create stillness in the mind.

I will offer options and variations throughout the class, enabling you to adapt your practice to your body and level of ability.

Perfect for beginners or anybody looking for a slower, more nurturing practice.

Please bring your own mat, any props you want to use and a bottle of water. If you’d like some guidance about which props you might benefit from in your practice, then contact me on Instagram or get me on email.

You can wear anything you like, but I’d recommend wearing something that you feel comfortable and can easily move in.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow for everyone to get set up and comfortable.
