Private and Corporate Classes

Private Classes

“I had tried yoga before, and even done a month at a hot yoga studio but I always felt out of place. When I started doing the private yoga sessions with Lucy I found I made significant improvements – which made me in turn more into yoga and I’m now getting to see real benefits, neck and shoulder pain is much reduced and I feel so much more energised.“- Private student

I offer private and small group classes around London. These classes are great if you have a specific goal, need yoga to fit around your busy schedule or just prefer learning 1-1.

If you are nervous about entering group classes, private sessions can be a great way to build confidence and lay the foundations for your practice.

Privates can also be booked by a small group allowing you to split the cost of the session.

I offer free Zoom consultations for potential private clients, if you have any questions or you would like to book a consultation contact me at

Corporate Classes

“Stress in the workplace today is a major consideration for employers and anything that can be introduced to alleviate this is a potential benefit to both employers and the employees. Less stressful employees will be more productive and are less likely to need time off through illness. Less stressful employees are likely to have happier home lives and this in turn leads to increased productivity.”

Yoga in the workplace has so many benefits, investing in your employees wellbeing has been proven to:

  • Increase productivity
  • Reduced stress levels
  • Relieve neck, back and wrist pain, and other body issues related to working at a computer
  • Increase alertness
  • Allow them to approach high pressure situations with greater calmness
  • Improve customer service
  • Reduce sick days
  • Improve employees’ attitudes and outlook on work

The better your staff feel, the higher they perform and have the ability to give their best to their work and themselves.

Due to the changes caused by COVID-19 I can offer corporate yoga at your place or work or if you are not back in your offices either on Zoom; in a green space that is local and convenient for your team; or additional cost in a rented indoor space for socially distanced classes.  Friendly, professional and accessible yoga is not only a good way to get bodies moving and quieten the mind, but it will also give a chance for your team to connect socially with one another as they continue to work from home.

If you would like to talk more about improving the well being of your staff and bringing yoga in to your work place please contact me at
