Come join the club, you’re all invited! The club for unlimited and inclusive yoga, hosted on Zoom.

Do you feel nervous about practicing in front of other people? Are you too busy to get to the studio?

Do you want to practice at any time that suits you? Then this is the option for you.

Zoom Yoga Club offers 5 live Zoom classes a week, catering to varying styles and abilities. Every class is recorded and uploaded to a password protected environment, so you can access unlimited on demand yoga classes at any time, from the comfort of your own home. 

Join the club for only £20 a month! That works out as less than £5 a week and less then £1 a class!

Schedule

Monday
Vinyasa Flows
6.30 – 7.30pm

A playful and strengthening yoga practice that focuses on connecting your breath to your movement. We will flow through seated and standing postures aiming to create heat inside the body and calm in the mind. Open to all except beginners.

Tuesday
Gentle Flow
12-12.30pm

A short and energising practice! A 30 minute flowing movement practice, designed to recharge your mind and body to give your afternoon the boost it needs. Open to all.

Wednesday
Gentle Flow
7.30-8.30pm

A slower and calming practice designed to help you to unwind from the stress of your day. We will flow through seated and standing postures designed to release physical tension and create stillness in the mind. Perfect for beginners or anybody looking for a slower, more nurturing practice.

Thursday
Dynamic Flow
1-1.30pm

A shorter, dynamic practice in the middle of the day! A strengthening practice flowing through dynamic postures and faster moving sequences to generate restorative heat in the body. Open to all except beginners.

Sunday
Slow flow Yin
8:30-9:30pm

One of the most popular classes consisting of a very slow, chilled out practice. Beginning with Pranayama (breath work) and some gentle stretches before moving into Yin Yoga, where we hold gentle postures for between 2 and 5 minutes. A class to slow down the body and the mind. Open to all.

Classes happen every week live on Zoom, after which they are uploaded onto a password protected page on my website, so you can practice whenever you please.
