Every Body Beginners Course
Tuesdays 7pm-8pm GMT March 11-April 8
No experience needed!
This is a proper beginners course ! Open to brand new, never even stepped on a mat yogis, newish yogis and anyone who wants to go back to basics. Over the five weekly sessions we will build your confidence on the mat and develop your practice together.
We'll take the time to break down postures in a low pressure environment with plenty of time for questions. We will try, maybe have some wobbles, try again and have fun doing itThe classes will be held on Zoom and a recording will be available for one week after. Come feel strong and empowered in an inclusive space!

SOFT: Onlie Rest Practice 13th Feb 7-9.30pm GMT
Lets celebrating being a bit soft babe!
This practice will celebrate being a little softer and all the joys and challenges that come with resting, melting and slowing down.It's still cold and dark and dingy, so lets grab a cup of tea and make some pillow forts and luxuriating into different ways of resting this winter.
What will we do babe?
We will take a 90 minute practice, focused on slowing down and trying out different ways to rest.
This will include writing, wiggling, and holding restortaive yoga postures (comfy shapes with pillows) and a yoga nidra (guided restful meditation) at the end!

Inclusive yoga teacher and movement specialist Lucy B and artist and yoga teacher Scottee are back with another workshop for fat, queer, neurodiverse and / or mad people often sidelined by yoga spaces, white wellness and thin superiority.
