Monday Yoga Flow
12-12.30pm GMT
A short wiggly energising practice! A 30 minute flowing designed to give your afternoon the boost it needs.
Each week we will try something new and see how it feels in our bodies!
This class requires some yoga expereince and the ability to get from seated to standing with the support of a chair or props.

Tuesday Yoga Flow
5.30-6.30pm GMT
A playful and strengthening yoga practice that is a little bit longer, but still with lots of lovely breaks. We will flow through seated and standing postures in a playful way. We will explore a sequence for 1 month to give us a change to get familiar with new shapes!
This class requires some yoga expereince and the ability to get from seated to support of a chair or props.

Monthly Restful Practice
Sundays
One Sunday each moth Zoom club hosts a practice that explores rest!
Each month will be a new way to attempt to become pals with rest. We will have a crack at Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra and some other bits and bobs.
We will use lots of props and pillows to get cosy, slow down and indulge in the rest we all deserve.

Classes happen every week live on Zoom, after which they are uploaded onto a password protected page on my website alongside my on demand library.
You can join the club on either the 1st or the 15th of the month!
